Your package will always be sent via a fully tracked and insured service.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a shipping notification via email. This email will contain tracking information to help you stay updated on the progress of your package. We aim to ship all orders within 48hrs, from Monday to Saturday, whenever possible.

 

1. UK Shipping:

For orders within the UK, we utilize Royal Mail 48 as our default shipping method. This service is trackable and typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery. At checkout, you'll also have the option to choose Royal Mail 24 or Next Day Delivery for an additional fee.

 

2. Worldwide Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate cost of £25. Please be aware that international shipping times can vary, taking anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks based on Royal Mail's delivery estimates.

Please note: Parcel Force will be used for any international packages over 2kg, and costs £50. If this fee has not already been paid, you will be invoiced separately to cover any outstanding costs. If the invoice is not paid, your order will be cancelled.

 

3. Customs Charges:

Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by soph's shop. In the event that a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, only the cost of the item will be refunded, excluding shipping costs or any additional fees incurred by the courier. If the buyer would like the item to be shipped back to them, they will have to pay new shipping costs.

 

4. Out of Office Notice:

At soph's shop, we take pride in sourcing the best vintage pieces from all over the world. On the occasions when we are out of the office searching for more iconic pieces, this information will be clearly stated on the website. Your order confirmation email will also provide the next confirmed shipping date.
