We ship worldwide. Your package will always be sent via a fully tracked service.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a shipping notification via email. This email will contain tracking information to help you stay updated on the progress of your package. Orders are shipped on Monday’s and Thursdays. 

 

  1. UK Shipping:

For orders within the UK, we utilise Royal Mail 48 as our default shipping method. This service is trackable and typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery. At checkout, you'll also have the option to choose Royal Mail 24 or Next Day Delivery for an additional fee.

 

2. Worldwide Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate cost of £25. Please be aware that international shipping times can vary, taking anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks based on Royal Mail's delivery estimates.

3. Customs Charges:

Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by soph's shop. In the event that a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, only the cost of the item will be refunded, excluding shipping costs or any additional fees incurred by the courier. If the buyer would like the item to be shipped back to them, they will have to pay new shipping costs.
