USA Shipping

Due to recent changes to US import tariffs and customs processes, all orders shipped from the UK to the USA are now sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Duties & Taxes

US duties and taxes are not collected at checkout.

If applicable, your shipping carrier will contact you before delivery to collect any import duties, taxes or customs fees required by US Customs. These charges are set by the carrier and US customs authorities and are outside of our control.

Shipping

All US orders are shipped using a fully tracked and insured international service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow its journey.
