As our items are second-hand, it's important to note that minor flaws may occur due to their age, adding to their character and authenticity. All major flaws will be photographed and listed, so please make sure to check descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
- Refunds and Returns Overview:
Currently, we do not offer general returns or refunds for change of mind. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We're here to help if you find that the item you receive is significantly different from its description.
- Returns for Significantly Not as Described Items:
If you receive an item that is significantly not as described, we will happily accept a return, and will process a refund/issue store credit. In such cases, we require valid proof that the item received is materially different from its description. This will include clear photographs highlighting the discrepancies. Please contact us on the day you receive your order to initiate this process.
- Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Exchanges:
